1. SPONSOR: Swell Pass, San Diego, CA 92104. 2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Swell Pass, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. 3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The giveaway begins June 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM PST and ends June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM PST. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible. 4. HOW TO ENTER: Complete the official entry form during the Giveaway Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified. 5. PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive the following prize package: Florence Products ($300 in Value), Veia Board Bag, Pad, and Leash ($600 in Value), Futures Fins ($200 in value), Custom Pyzel Surfboard ($800 in Value), Up to $200 credit for one surf session at the winner's choice of Palm Springs Surf Club, Revel Surf, Atlantic Park Surf, and Waco Surf. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,100.00. No cash substitute or prize transfer permitted. Swell Pass reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. 6. WINNER SELECTION: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or around July 15, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The selected winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 48 hours of selection. The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification or a new winner will be selected. Swell Pass is not responsible for unclaimed prizes. 8. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Swell Pass, which are final and binding. Swell Pass reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time for any reason. 9.
